Managing Partner
Paul is a Managing Partner and co-founder of One Eighty Capital. Prior to One Eighty Capital, Paul was the Chief Financial Officer at Amsted Industries, a $3.0 billion diversified manufacturing company. During his 27 years at Amsted, Paul held fifteen positions of increasing responsibility in Accounting, IT, Manufacturing and Finance. Paul is a Certified Public Accountant, has a Master’s degree in Finance from Creighton University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting from Loyola University of Chicago. Paul enjoys traveling with his family, triathlons and fantasy football.

Chris is a Managing Partner and co-founder of One Eighty Capital. Chris is responsible for structuring and executing operational and strategic turnarounds. His portfolio companies have created in excess of $600 million of investor returns (5.6X invested capital). Chris graduated from the University of San Diego where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Chris enjoys distance running, military history, back-country skiing, and spending time with his wife and their 3 boys.

Daniel is a Senior Associate with One Eighty Capital. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was a Business Process Analyst at Amsted Rail, supporting the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program. Prior roles at Amsted Rail shaped Daniel’s foundation in accounting and finance with special emphasis on inventory, joint ventures, accounting systems, and process improvement. Daniel graduated from the University of Akron, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a dual major in Corporate Finance and Economics. Daniel enjoys working on his many house projects and spending time with his partner and their pets.
